Rick has been involved in the payroll industry for the majority of his life and has held many different positions over the years at Complete Payroll, giving him a unique opportunity to be well versed in all of the necessary competencies needed to lead in Payroll Country. Rick is a certified Payroll Professional administered by the American Payroll Association as well as a licensed Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent. In 2008, Rick earned the ability to take over Complete Payroll as our Chief Executive Officer and since has provided the leadership and strategic vision for continued growth, success and most importantly, customer satisfaction and retention. Rick’s vision and steadfast commitment to Complete Payroll’s company values have catapulted Complete Payroll from a regional player in the payroll business to a national payroll processor which offers a unique, affordable and trusted option in the payroll industry. An active member of the community and a native of Western New York, Rick graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from the State University of New York at Oswego with a BS in Accounting. As Chief Operating and Managing Partner, Rick is intimately involved in all of the operations that make Complete Payroll a World Class payroll processor.
