Conifer Realty LLC. Conifer is a full service real estate company specializing in the development and management of high-quality, affordable housing communities. Since its inception, the company has developed nearly 200 properties and over 15,000 apartment units. Conifer concentrates its business in New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The company currently owns and manages over 7,500 apartment units throughout these regions.

Conifer also turned to CPP with a set of unique challenges and requirements. Conifer's multiple-state operations posed some complex tax issues. CPP developed an integrated solution that would correctly calculate taxes by each different state and included custom GL reports, while significantly increasing the process and turnaround time of all services.

The Holiday Inn Grand Island Resort & Conference Center Hotel is a 263-room hotel located on the Upper Niagara River. Equal distance from Niagara Falls & Buffalo, the hotel is ideal for business & leisure travel alike and offers 28,000 sq ft of meeting space.

The Holiday Inn Grand Island turned to CPP with a personnel issue that frequently surfaces when a company employs staff labor and has experienced difficulties with entering hourly attendance and ensuring payroll accuracy. CPP's integrated solution was based on CPP's timeclock services to provide faster and more accurate payroll entry, along with a number of additional improvements including file maintenance that offered accurate GL data import.
